2. Event Cancellations

2.1. Canceled Events

If an event is canceled, you will be notified by email, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified by the event organizer.

2.2. Rescheduled Events

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund. Refund requests for rescheduled events are subject to the event organizer's approval.

3.2. Refund Timelines

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Service fees, processing fees, and other related charges are non-refundable unless the event has been canceled by the organizer.

4.2. Partial Attendance or No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or if you fail to attend the event. It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive on time.
